If the NEXUS Toolkit isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase at [email protected] and we’ll refund your payment. You don’t need a complicated reason — if it didn’t help you, tell us.
How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, and include your Gumroad order number or receipt. We aim to respond and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Because Gumroad is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, the refund is issued back to your original payment method through Gumroad. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear.
A note on digital products
The NEXUS Toolkit is a digital product that is downloaded and stored on your device the moment you complete your purchase. The 14-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily, as a sign of our confidence in the product — it goes beyond what is legally required for instant-access digital goods.
Fair-use / anti-abuse
This guarantee is meant for customers who genuinely tried the toolkit and found it wasn’t for them. Because the product is a downloadable file that cannot be “returned” once saved, we reserve the right to decline a refund at our reasonable discretion where there is a well-founded suspicion of abuse — for example, where it appears that the file was purchased, downloaded, and stored, and a refund was then requested without genuine intent to evaluate the product. We will always handle such cases fairly and in good faith.
