These Terms govern your use of founderanchor.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of the NEXUS Toolkit (the “Product”). By using the Site or buying the Product, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product
The NEXUS Toolkit is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF containing AI prompts and templates. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no physical item is shipped. Access is delivered digitally once payment is complete.
The Product is provided for your own business use. You may use the prompts and templates in your work. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the Product or its contents as your own product.
3. Purchase and payment
Purchases are processed by Gumroad (gumroad.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Gumroad is your contracting party for the payment transaction and is responsible for billing and for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Gumroad’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout. The current price is shown at checkout.
4. Refunds
The Product is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please see the Refund Policy for details and for the fair-use conditions that apply.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the Product and the Site — text, prompts, templates, design, and the FounderAnchor and NEXUS Toolkit names and logos — is owned by the provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Buying the Product grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership.
6. Disclaimer
The Product provides general prompts and templates to help self-employed people with everyday admin tasks. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Where the Product references tasks such as bookkeeping preparation, you should confirm specifics with a qualified professional (for example, your accountant or CPA). The Product is provided “as is”, and outputs generated by third-party AI tools are not under our control.
The Product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. “ChatGPT”, “Claude”, and “Gemini” are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe compatibility.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and such liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Any further liability is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered seat, to the extent legally permissible.

Der NEXUS Toolkit ist ein digitales Produkt, das als herunterladbares PDF mit KI-Prompts und Vorlagen geliefert wird. Es handelt sich um einen einmaligen Kauf. Es gibt kein Abonnement, und es wird kein physischer Artikel versendet. Der Zugang wird nach Abschluss der Zahlung digital bereitgestellt.
Das Produkt ist für deine eigene geschäftliche Nutzung bestimmt. Du darfst die Prompts und Vorlagen in deiner Arbeit verwenden. Du darfst das Produkt oder seine Inhalte nicht als eigenes Produkt weiterverkaufen, weiterverbreiten oder erneut veröffentlichen.
3. Kauf und Zahlung
Käufe werden über Gumroad (gumroad.com) abgewickelt, das als Merchant of Record auftritt. Das bedeutet, dass Gumroad dein Vertragspartner für die Zahlungstransaktion ist und für die Abrechnung sowie für die Erhebung und Abführung etwaiger Umsatz- oder Verkaufssteuern verantwortlich ist. 4. Erstattungen

5. Geistiges Eigentum
Alle Inhalte des Produkts und der Website — Texte, Prompts, Vorlagen, Design sowie die Namen und Logos FounderAnchor und NEXUS Toolkit — sind Eigentum des Anbieters oder seiner Lizenzgeber und nach geltendem Recht geschützt. Der Kauf des Produkts gewährt dir eine persönliche, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung; er überträgt kein Eigentum.
6. Haftungsausschluss / Hinweis
Das Produkt stellt allgemeine Prompts und Vorlagen bereit, die Selbstständigen bei alltäglichen Verwaltungsaufgaben helfen. Es stellt keine rechtliche, steuerliche, finanzielle oder sonstige professionelle Beratung dar. Soweit das Produkt auf Aufgaben wie die Vorbereitung der Buchhaltung Bezug nimmt, solltest du Einzelheiten mit einer qualifizierten Fachperson (z.B. deiner Steuerberatung) klären. Das Produkt wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt, und Ergebnisse, die von KI-Tools Dritter erzeugt werden, liegen außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
Das Produkt steht in keiner Verbindung zu OpenAI, Anthropic oder Google und wird von diesen weder unterstützt noch gesponsert. „ChatGPT", „Claude" und „Gemini" sind Marken ihrer jeweiligen Inhaber und werden nur zur Beschreibung der Kompatibilität genannt.
7. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir unbeschränkt nur bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht (Kardinalpflicht), und diese Haftung ist auf den vertragstypischen, vorhersehbaren Schaden begrenzt. Eine weitergehende Haftung ist ausgeschlossen. Zwingende gesetzliche Haftung bleibt unberührt.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss seiner Kollisionsnormen und des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). Bist du Verbraucher, wird dir durch diese Rechtswahl nicht der Schutz zwingender Bestimmungen des Rechts deines Wohnsitzstaates entzogen. Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, der Sitz des Anbieters.
